eyeX - Continuing Education for Optometry and Ophthalmology

Dr. Neil Maharaj completed his medical school and internal medicine training at the University of Ottawa and subspecialty training in Respirology, at the University of Saskatchewan. He has worked in a variety of institutions across Canada in both academic and community centers, practising internal medicine, critical care and Adult Respirology. Dr. Maharaj is an active staff member of the Niagara Health Services, St. Catharines site, where he is a staff Respirologist. He is also on Faculty at the Niagara Regional Campus DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster University, where he participates in educational and research initiatives. He is the current Chair for the Section of Respiratory Disease of the Ontario Medical Association
